      They are very thoughtful for the wellness and health of their employees.

      Cons

      No fun activities for the employees. The log in/out portal is quite difficult to use. you have to refresh the page many times to make sure you are already logged out or else, it will not reflect.

      Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

      Cons

      Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.
