Pros
They make sure that all their employees are well taken cared of. They see to it that we get acquainted with each other through monthly engagement activities even though we are with different clients. Emapta sees to it that all their employees are happy and contented. Our RM (Ms. Kris), Site Manager (Ms. Jem) and the rest of the Management team are all approachable and readily available to attend to our needs and concerns in a timely manner. They give you comfortable work stations and a very relaxing work environment. Even a pantry with comfy chairs too! Best part, they will always try their best to have your families involved in events and activities. Overall, Emapta Baguio is by far the best company I worked with (and still working for). There are improvements that needs to be done but considering that it's just a new site, they've performed far better than the other companies i've been with.

Ventilation - although I pretty sure this is already in their to-do list. :)
