      80k basic salary. WFH. Day one HMO

      Cons

      no job security. When client lets go of you, Emapta won't have that power to retain your basic pay and transfer you to another account. You will have to reaapply. They runied my job

      Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

      Cons

      Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.
