Now, success seems to depend more on pleasing management than on hard work and results.In particular, the DOT teams exemplify this trend, where managers are prioritized over employees' efforts. It feels like the only way to thrive is to align with managerial preferences rather than focusing on delivering quality work. This shift has created a challenging environment for those who believe in meritocracy and genuine collaboration.While there are still some great managers who support their teams, the overall direction of the company raises concerns about employee morale and long-term growth. I hope the leadership can recognize the value of empowering employees again.
