      1. Lunch(watch out for stones and if you are in the new 9A building the portion size have to be demanded from servers) 2. Goodies with Apple laptop to work on 3. If you are lucky you get on-site in Germany

      Cons

      1. No career or career growth as tester 2. Managers are just developers with GOD like complex and they think everything goes well without any process or any testing 3. No appreciation or recognition (for testers)
