1. Latest tech stack no legacy technology used 2. Good employee friendly policies 3. Strong company fundamentals in terms of business 4. Fully Owned subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom 5. Treats employee well during work from home. No excess work pressure. Gives time for employees to have work life balance. Regular gift hampers are sent :p 6. Cons
1. There are central teams and there are Natco teams(which work for DT subsidiary companies in different countries like team for Germany, team for Austria, team for Hungary, Croatia). Work depends on team. In few Natco teams, there are not good projects to work on. 2. Appraisal cycle takes lil more time as cycle completes till Oct/Sept for year ended in June 3. Number of official leaves should be more. There is open policy though like as long as your manager approves. People have been on leave for a month at a time along with other leaves in case of emergencies and No deduction was made but still.
