First of all this company do not have to do anything with Telekom industry and Deutsche Telekom The whole company is driven by only few who are there since the companies birth The whole company is divided into two parts framework(so called)and module teams. The framework team is built to paralyse all other module teams Framework team does nothing but wraps every class given by dotnet into another class and makes module teams mandatory to use it. Nobody from this company who is so called geek of the company want to share their knowledge making new joiner leave the company
