Pros
Good kick start to start a corporate career...if you can handle this place, all companies will want you. There was great diversity of people, it's a good place to start in Prague to network and make friends. Multisportcard benefit..which is a standard in most companies in Prague.. You can learn to manage stress here or crumble, I saw it as a challenge to overcome..
Cons
The conditions are terrible, considering they outsource to Airfrance and get paid by minute of work (Flying blue), that means every minute counts, your forced to take calls none stop, micrimanaged and they are monitoring your breaks ( 20 min on the clock) and middle management does not listen to the feedback in order to improve and will ask you to just be positive. Very stressful and loud place to work.
