Pros

All the call center agents help each other out so everybody can do a better job as a unit, the support is great. Able to work for different areas and projects of the company, plus quite a few possibilities to advance in the company if you excel.

Cons

Quite strict chain of command with badly set procedures that make it very difficult for your constructive feedback be heard and leads to bad leadership.

Salary is not that atractive. Working in shifts, weekends and bankholidays
