Pros

The day shift schedule works best for me. The office is conducive for working. We have a good pantry with great tasting coffee. we also have a couch with table and some books to read during break time. The Relationship Manager in BET site Jen Arcenas works well with Client and employees. She is hands on with the needs of client and employees. Environment is not that stiff, dresscode is casual to bus.casual.

Cons

Limited benefits. No life insurance. Healthcard is offered only upon regularization. Restrooms can still be improved.

Work life balance Better and very competitive salary Happy at Work Great opportunities Amazing and Accessible Workplace Not your typical BPO because employees has direct professional relationship with the clients. The people are very accommodating, friendly and helpful! The boss and the CEO are so down to earth and approachable.
