Pros

EMAPTA is considered one of the best BPO companies in the Philippines. When it comes to work ethics and professionalism there's no place that I have experienced and have know of aside from this company. People working in the company are very approachable and friendly. I enjoyed being with this company because they really helped me to improve my skills. I learned to do multitasking, be more attentive, and they also let me explore the things that i can do which I did not discovered yet until I joined this company.

Cons

Freebies, Long Hours, Overtime, Nothing much to say.

Flexible schedule and management, recognition for jobs well done

Cons

No HMO until regularization, poor HMO coverage, promised incentives not fulfilled no matter how well you consistently perform well, no due process - you are fired if the client says you're fired.

- Good salary - 0 interference between me and client - Straight and fast hiring process

Cons

- Not many benefits - Horrible laptops -> If you get in a tech position here you'll get an average/low end laptop with a bunch of pre-install monitoring apps, like a call center.
