The office is miserable, and smells awful. The office I am in has poor airconditioning system. The maintenace team were very condescending.

Onboarding team is a mess. They are not coordinated. Poor management. Their CXM and HRBP's priority is how to earn more from their client, If it's not beneficial to Emapta, they will not entertain your concern. If you raise the concern to the client and the client approves, CXM will ask to run it over to them before informing the client (which they will never bring it up to the client if Emapta won't be earning money from it) Payroll disputes If you have concerns to your HRBP being unresponsive, you won't have any other HR to contact

Hybrid Set up, i guess, nothing else

Cons

• Some clients are being labeled as Fly-by-night, clients who don't understand how to operate a business, clients who don't respect Philippine Labor Laws • “EMAPTA” LAPTOPS - very cheap machines, not corporate looking • Some leaders (Executives) are very manipulative - even if it's obvious that clients are wrong, they would blame the employees. They only want to earn money, thats it! • HMO coverage/MBL is really low - 110K per sickness per year - the lowest MBL/coverage I’ve ever got with only 1 free dependent - not competitive at all
