Ego gets in the way of effecient work and sales, ie approaching customers Minimum Wage NO Training whatsoever, First day you will be expected to talk to customers about every product and you have to pretend you have the knowledge Managers can be petty with certain things HIGHEST turnover of staff even managers leave once they have 6-12 months under their belt
