Many many cons. Made to feel very replaceable your only a cog in the machine. Very poor pay rate a key holder made to do the work of an assistant manager with absolutely no extra pay and poor hours in the smaller stores 74 hours to be split​ between 6 staff members is ridiculous. Staff are expendable and are treated as such. Your left on your own for a min of 20min everyday. Staff turnover is huge. Replenishment on stock is very very poor and management eating you for poor sales. The company hold competitions for staff but if your not working in a Dublin store your absolutely not winning it's a total fix.

Since it's a family run business essentially, there are people in the business that have their role because of their last name rather than what's best for the company
