Some nice colleagues but are under a lot of pressure

Cons

Poor communication, constant complaints from customers, no option for promotion, overwhelming workload, low morale, frustrated staff, poor health and safety, dirty working environment, told to lie to customers, no support and constant finger pointing /blaming.
