Great pay considering I was a student during the job and not in central London Overall boring work so you don't need to think too much. My manager was great. No out of hours work if you aren't a supervisor or manager.

Cons

Part-time means they don't put much effort into teaching you new things. Lots of office type politics. Hours might not suit everyone. I worked 6am-2pm but they have shifts from 2-10pm and 10pm-6am. Also the company is losing money so they are in the middle of being sold off to someone else.

Staff who work in production, are very helpful and are always ready to help.

Cons

Management likes more than a few engineers than others, especially those who speak Russian. Those who do not speak Russian have the worst schedules, usually, work the night shift and also the company also training the engineers that the boss likes. In one year 4 engineers left because they did not like the boss.
