      Pros

      Egis-Gurgaon : A happy place to work on. It gives a positive atmosphere to work and grow. You receive all the motivation to grow in multi-dimensions of your personality. Best place to keep your head away from so called "office politics". I observed it least here. The team is very supportive and we all work for the same target, keeping all time support for weaker team members. I have received all time support from my team. This is a place, where you can maintain the best kind of work-life balance. And I recommend Egis to choose for a happy work place.

      Cons

      It has its own cons too... The weekends are always counted on leaves applied.... That adds an extra burden of already available 2 days of leave.

      Good projects, Terrible management and HR policies

      Pros

      1) working on large scale project 2) office timings are suitable 3) lunch available in office

      Cons

      1) politics deeply ingrained 2) ideology and policies are terrible 3) increment is horrible 4) no relevance on quality. Only on getting money and cash 5) very, very slow office 6) managers take a personal grudge once you deny a work due to a valid reason. 7) no architecture based projects. And management doesn’t look ahead at it either 8) HR doesn’t do their work at all. Company wants to keep as few employees as possible with lot’s of work to save money
