Pros

this company pay good for the suffering.

Cons

egis or epass- tomatos-tomatoes=This company is borderline sadistic. The management doesn't care about you, and will brainwash you into working extreme hours sometimes until 11 pm every day to ensure all projects are launched. They expect you to work weekends if needed, and joke that you will never be in a relationship while you work there because you will spend every second working. They joke about it to your face! The bigger insult is you are excruciating underpaid while management flaunts new cars, takes trips all over, and laughs at you for having a subpar car. They wring every bit they can out of you for work, and any mistake you made is blasted company wide as a final insult so everyone knows you made a mistake. They are very clear they don't do promotions because "who will do the work?" While they turn the lights out while they leave. All they can think about are awards and prestige as they walk over your exhausted body. Oh and what is HR? They will be talking about information you provide in private to others so don't even worry about it. Everyone will know your concerns soon, so trust me the person three computers down will know all about you. Worst.Company.EVER!

Pros

Egis is a very ambitious company which cares for its employees. The international dimension now prevails over the historic French identity. The group, and specifically Egis UK is working hard to become leader in all markets with a strong leadership team. Opportunities exist for hard workers who want a faster progression. Management is conscious of employee well-being and more than willing to be flexible when needed.

Cons

The offices and group culture is still a bit fragmented for now. The social dimension has faded since COVID, but hopefully picking up again considering wave of new hires and acquisitions.
