Good projects, Terrible management and HR policies - Architect Egis Group Employee Review

1) politics deeply ingrained 2) ideology and policies are terrible 3) increment is horrible 4) no relevance on quality. Only on getting money and cash 5) very, very slow office 6) managers take a personal grudge once you deny a work due to a valid reason. 7) no architecture based projects. And management doesn’t look ahead at it either 8) HR doesn’t do their work at all. Company wants to keep as few employees as possible with lot’s of work to save money
