      It's a great company to work for. The management does not believe in politics at all. Management is very approachable and helpful. Only the people with the intent to create trouble have trouble in the company and it is only these people who find it difficult to work here. The company offers great opportunities both in India and abroad for its projects and many of the employees have benefited from these opportunities. so for truly global careers, this is the company to be in

      1) working on large scale project 2) office timings are suitable 3) lunch available in office

      Cons

      1) politics deeply ingrained 2) ideology and policies are terrible 3) increment is horrible 4) no relevance on quality. Only on getting money and cash 5) very, very slow office 6) managers take a personal grudge once you deny a work due to a valid reason. 7) no architecture based projects. And management doesn’t look ahead at it either 8) HR doesn’t do their work at all. Company wants to keep as few employees as possible with lot’s of work to save money
