Management lacks vision and biased (only 5 % are privileged) Reimbursements are disbursed at the end of year Claims for the official visits are hard to get (a lot is cut and payment made after 6 months or more) Revisions, increments, etc for few and very low as compared to market During last 5 years all old and good employees have left Not each day new people are coming in and old employees are leaving Very bad in the market. If people come to know you want to leave Egis they offer you lesser or equivalent salary
