Pros

Good work culture. Good working environment. Employee benefits.

Cons

I got selected in the face to face interview. They called me after 3 weeks and told me that I'm selected. But didn't send the offer letter. When 1 month passed away, I lost my hope. And after 45 days, HR contacted me and asked whether I'm open to the job. He was on leave that's why it took so long. And he's going to send the offer letter in two days. Even now, I didn't get the offer letter. I don't know what's the mistake in my side.

Pros

-Pay, ( for the kind of work you do, its the best you can get ) -Training -Culture -Kids friendly ( Graduates ) -You'll probable get a chance to work abroad ( thats what they always talk about )

Cons

In simple words, its totally a copy paste work, if you are ambitious or a person who likes challenges in life, this work is not for you. Work is more of labour and less use of brain. WORK

Pros

EY has a culture that is truly in a class of its own. My colleagues and I never dread coming to work, always leave work optimistic and proud that we are a part of this company. Although not perfect, EY is striving as a company to reach balanced diversity from the top down. The work life balance is great, our full time employees are exceptional for the most part, and the rewards are some of the best in the industry. I’m thrilled to be a part of EY two and a half years later.

Cons

IT practices are immature. EY still hasn’t figured out product development, although the company is investing heavily and is making great progress in this area. IT still leans heavily on contracted resources which often aren’t vetted and end up being lackluster resources. Lots of red tape to wade through, as with any large company.
