Pros

A great company that often promotes from within and works hard to develop employees professionally. Great well being package.

Cons

I haven't got a lot to say here really. Good comparable pay structure and work life balance. Highly recommended.

Pros

Generous pay, reasonable shift times, working conditions good. Company ambitious and innovative.

Cons

Unrealistic targets set for call centre workers to achieve - lack of time allowed off phones to complete complex tasks. New procedures often not prepared for properly - IT doesn't work correctly quite often.
