The Internet Sales is a great team of people, isn't it? Even with over 100 members, it's amazing to see how everyone continues to work so closely together. We encourage you to continue to provide feedback to your Director or to call the Speak Up line if you're not comfortable speaking with them. As we develop the Internet Sales team, we certainly want the concerns and suggestions heard from all our members. Thank you for your advice and we hope you continue to share it with us.

Pros

I enjoyed being able to meet new people on a daily basis and work in a fast paced environment. There were always opportunities for growth, which was also attractive.

Cons

DriveTime is a difficult place to work if you value your free time. I was told when I began working there that there would be an occasional shift where you might work late. I do not mind putting in the effort or hours, but constant 12 hour work days were difficult at times. I also feel as if women had a hard time in this environment, as most of the men I worked with didn't value the opinion of women. I would bring this up to those in higher positions, but nothing was done to assist. Coaching could have been better as well.
