Good industry and the general direction is positive. There are some executive leaders that genuinely do well and want forward progress. Good work and building environment.

Cons

- Some serious internal politics going on and corporate gossip is rampant - Pay is not competitive and bonuses were removed - Benefits are marginal

Pay was okay.... Co-workers are awesome. Some of the managers were great. Nice building.

Goals were getting extremely hard to hit. When I first starting working there, maybe a handful of people were taking out bound calls so you talked to a lot of people, towards the end there were over 100 of employees, you would call the customer up to 3-4 times a day, so when they answered of course they were mad. the clients were bottom of the barrel, uneducated and entitled. Everyone wants a BMW with no money down at 100 a month with their 300 credit score. Its was a battle everyday with the customers trying to explain logic to them. They now have the computer system tell the customers "exceeds 3,000$" for a down payment. Try hitting your goals and bonus' with that garbage. kinda sabotaged the employees with that addition.
