Pros

Great Benefits, Great Salary, real opportunity to grow within company if upwardly mobile and motivated. Opportunity to work with a diverse group of people from different areas of the country as well as different backgrounds.

Cons

Job can be very time consuming at times. Work life balance can possibly be difficult to maintain during busy times of year.

We love it when current employees leave reviews for us! We understand chasing that perfect balance between your work life and home life can be a challenge. Currently, we are piloting a flexible, 4 day work week at apx. 80 of our locations. Please talk with your GM about flex schedules and any ideas you have around keeping that balance in line as much as possible.

Pros

Good place to learn about finance and the way the used car market works. Great employees from dealership to dealership.

Cons

Middle and upper management outside of the dealership and local area was usually fairly out of touch with what was needed and business forecasts. They were making an attempt to improve, however.

Pros

Many opportunities to move up or to a new department Casual, fun, open environment Good benefits

Cons

Upper management is a clique, so they had better like you or you will be miserable. Work/life balance is all talk, expectation is to work extra hours consistently and socialize with coworkers when you aren't working.
