      Pros

      The culture is unbelievible, DriveTime is an innovative company that is doing things the right way for their employees and their customers. DriveTime Management allows the Gatekeepers of the company (Recruiting) the freedom to source, interview and hire the best employees that are high achievers, intellectually curious and have excellent abilities to grow a company.

      Cons

      The food they just keep feeding me :) It is a rapidly growing company and has a few hiccups, but nothing major and nothing they wont get over in time hopefully. The titles are a little odd. The Benefits are a little expensice if no in Wellness program.

      Pros

      It's a very organic environment. Yes there is a lot of change, but they really do listen to employee feedback at the highest level and implement the changes the employees want for the most part. Very low stress, they aren't hard-core numbers driven like a lot of retail establishments are. They really promote home/work life balance. Good team environment, you never feel like you're doing this job alone.

      Cons

      Because things change so organically, it can take a while sometimes to have a clear direction on how you are supposed to proceed.

      Pros

      -DT only hires people who fit into the "culture"-very competitive hiring practices. Employees are very intellegent and professional. -Employee functions are fun and frequent , this ensures employees build strong working relationships -Good mix of team work and autonomy -Clean and modern working environment-great amenities in our Corporate Office -Opportunities for growth and development are great-wonderful tuition reimbursement ($5500/year) -Great connectivity with business executives and management has an open door policy

      Cons

      -The compensation is below market rate-you will trade compensation for a good working environment -Feedback is often negative-there is always something to improve upon. Positive feedback is hard to come by, VERY high standards for employee performance. -The quickly changing environment is hard for some people to adjust to.
