Pros

This company really invests in its employees and realizes that we are the ones that make the business go. They are all about growing and cultivating their employees. This growth has really helped me in my professional and personal life. The pay here is good and it is a relaxed environment. The company is flat and open across the board.

Cons

You will work fairly long hours at the job.

Pros

good enviroment to work, nice folks, good times. Overall good place to work and grow if that is what you desire. sometimes we get free food too.

Cons

the parking is a little ify if you dont work the morning shift, i would like more covered parking, and although we get free food sometimes free soda would also be nice.

Pros

- Hard work is recognized and rewarded - Developmental tools are provided at day one (fast lane) - Questions and feedback is encouraged and are listened to & taken into consideration with planning (as an employee AND customer, I suggested the company have a way for customers to check the progress of their loans....6 months later MyDriveTime.com was rolled out, I like to think I had some influence on that decision :)...) - Benefits are great and encouraging! If you are already fit, and meet the criteria to be on Tier 1 of the benefits plan, you rates are sooo much cheaper. If you aren't fit, you have a goal to work for to get your physically and financially in shape. It's a "NO SMOKE" environment to encourage employees to be mindful of their health and what is put into their bodies as it does effect your health plan. - The company is socially aware and involved in the community. This year we did a nation-wide ALS (Lou Gehrigs Disease) run, where we raised almost 10k to donate to the ALS foundation! Home Office is hands in with a project to help a local battered woman's shelter, by providing a new playground and business center. - The employees are all positive and put a positive spin on any negative situation to help turn it around, which makes for a great culture!

Cons

As with any growing organization that's trying to make a good name for itself, there is always room for process improvement. - Some managers should check their egos and realize how important it is to seperate PERSONAL feelings from PROFESSIONAL feelings. Tough skin is a must to grow and overcome set backs. - Because we are a growing company, things change consistantly and communication can get hacked, jacked, and screwed or just lack. There should be some kind of consistency or pattern with things as they change. It's great to not have a "chain of command" but a process of organization and who to go to for questions is a must to keep everything in line.
