      Pros

      -solid and proven business model -rapid organic growth (15-20%) annually -lots of career opportunity and promotional/advancement opportunity -extremely bright and talented senior leadership team -highly innovative and adaptable business environment -progressive interdependent company culture -most importantly: great people!

      Cons

      -fast-paced and rapidly changing/dynamic environment may not be for everyone -focus on interdependence and lots of communication/collaboration across boundaries sometimes a struggle for employees coming into DriveTime from non-matrix (siloed) organizations

      1. Health care is at a fair price IF you are on the wellness program 2. If you love changes all of the time, This is the place to work

      Cons

      1. Poor promotion from with-in the company 2. If working in the management area, plan to work alot of hours 3. Poor pay 4. Lack of proper management developement 5. Poor Leadership 6. Everyone is out for them self 7. No team work 8. No family life 9. If management does not like you. They will manage you out 10. It's impossible to reach someone in HR 11. Cut throat style envoriment 12. Changes without information shared with the staff or managers 13. No rewards to the employee's for a job well done

      Pros

      Relaxed environment in a small family like setting. Great people who are fun to work with, good salary and bonuses. Cant say enough about the environment it is truly a FUN place to work!

      Cons

      The only con to working at DriveTime is the hours expect around 50hrs a week even for sales advisor's, and then if you work into management expect 60.
