Pros

- Competitive pay - Holidays and Sundays Off - This company will spend money on almost anything - Very tech savvy - A few worth while individuals

Cons

- Changes are made and you are disposable - Trust no one - HR is below expectations - only a few know HR - Company history has been growth - cut back - growth - cut back - Mid Level management will suppress any semi-intelligent idea - Transparency is over rated - Don't believe the Hype .. For all the good reviews there will be 10 bad ones... Trust the numbers - Be ready to be thrown under the bus. - Tons of unqualified individuals in senior positions. - Hiring procedures and time to come on-board is 4-6 weeks - You will get burnt out in 90 days or sooner as managers will believe rumors and will Never recover be ready to look for another job quickly!

Pros

Good benefits and title work experience, you also learn to interface with various levels of upper-management ...

Cons

It is funny how all these positive reviews from the home oofice are popping up. Anytime you have a CEO who has the attitude that eveyone can be replaced, RUN. The hours are too long and unhealthy. Upper management are always the last to arrive and the first to leave. HR is extremely unprofessional, especially in Florida (the RTM NEVER returns calls and when you report hostility, she blames it on you). The market managers always take the side of the sale associates, you talk to more voicemails than actual people. When it snowed, the regionals, who were at home, threatened to write everyone up. The dealerships keep popping up but they lack proper leadership and are severly understaffed. You will be underpaid although they think they are doing us a favor. Do NOT ask for feedback because you will not get it if it means helping you get to the next level. They rely on too much gossip, especially the Florida RTM ...
