Pros

Good working environment. Salary plus commission/bonus. Relaxed corporate culture. Leads are generated for you. Supplies vehicles for customer base that would otherwise find it difficult to attain a quality car. Easy work process.

Cons

Work life balance is lacking. To much of your financial success can depend on under performing team members. Advancement is dangled luke a carrot in front of a hungry mule. Customer base tends to be unrealistic about their situation.

Pros

Fun environment, great benefits. Atmosphere is more so supportive than competitive. There is room to advance and they like to promote from within.

Cons

No work/life balance, long hours, under staffed. Compensation is not very good. We have to wash the vehicles we sell, when it would be smart to have someone hired to do that specifically. Jumping the vehicles in front of customers is not a good look either.

Pros

This is a great company, with great benefits. Love my job. The company really takes pride in their insurance and their ability to keep the rates low, I think this is great that the company helps their employees to maintain their health.

Cons

Confusion between corporate and the lower ranks on how things need to be done. And the fact that Drivetime is a NO-rehire even if they are the reason person lost their job (layoffs). I don't think that is fair to the person that lost their job by no fault of their own.
