Pros

Decent Pay, Caring Upper Management (For this Region), Our store particularly feels more like a family! I've been to other Drivetime location and they simply do not feel like our store. We get this complement from both customers and other employees so I know I'm not simply imagining it.

Cons

Hours can be very very long. On average I will clock in about 96-100+ hours every 2 weeks. It's getting better. But, it can still be very very long. This almost made me look for a job and I was even willing to take a pay cut. But, this particular store if very hard to leave.

Thanks for your dedication to your store and your team in Jacksonville! It's Sales Advisors like yourself that keeps this company growing strong. We will be testing some new, flexible schedules for our retail employees in the near future. Your GM will discuss this with your team when it's rolled out to your region.

Finally a company where you can have an impact

Pros

I've bounced around from job to job where I was just expected to churn out content and it didn't matter how good or bad it was, just that it was done. DriveTime wants you to only produce the best possible ideas/content and is willing to give you the time to develop and isn't afraid to implement change.

Cons

On occasion communication between departments can be slow or non-existent, which can cause a bottleneck on certain projects and work.

Pros

It is a fast-paced environment but the coworkers are very helpful. The biggest pro is the people who you're able to work with that makes the job fun.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity to grow. If you are just starting off in the workforce or you need time to start over and find your passion then it's a place for you. Upper management try to hard to be your friend.
