Pros

I worked at DriveTime for almost four years at both the home office and remotely. The people you work with are great and not only care about you professionally but also personally. The work environment is fun and collaboratively, your ideas are heard and encouraged. Hard word and great performance are rewarded.

Cons

Working hours can be long and the working environment can be a bit intense, especially during the busy tax season

There is no set schedule....I was expected to stay hours later than my shift ended. There is no room for advancement for Operations Advisors
