Thank you for your review! The company driver (aka personal use of a company car) is one of our favorite perks to share with our Retail employees - and just one of the advantages of working in the auto industry! We hope your 3-4 years spent with us were enjoyable and provide a strong foundation for your next career opportunity.

Pros

4-day work week if staffing allowed Decent pay structure

Cons

Work/life balance was tough. When they had the 4-day work week, it was much easier to not get drained at work.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! Happy to see you stayed with us for over 5 years and enjoyed your experience overall. Our retail teams work extra hard to serve our customers, and the 4-day work week is just one small way to help maintain a healthy work/life balance. Best of luck on your next venture!

Pros

You're employed Coworkers You will learn about interest and loans Monthly bonus of you hit goal but the structure has changed for the worse so you don't get nearly as much money

Cons

Company clearly does not care about employees **I left on my own terms** I received an email saying I will not get my pto on my final check after I was told I cant use my pto in my last 2 weeks even though my pto request was submitted days before my 2 weeks notice was submitted. Nearly 30 hours, gone. - back to back escalated calls and abusive customers -being "voulentold" you're being moved to a different team or department without being notified - inconsistent management - horribly Inconsistent working hours and mandatory overtime on Saturdays - if hours are cut you still have to work on Saturdays - employees would often rather leave the company than to move up into management - I have seen management and supervisors take opportunities at other jobs rather than continue working here - very few holidays given, when we had to work on holidays, we did not get holiday pay - employees have literally ended up with dangerously high blood pressure and anxiety issues ON THE CLOCK from the stress of dealing with this job - was told my job title was Loan Advisor but you're really just a bill collector who teeters on the edge of customer service - i was a top performer, no write ups in the duration of my employment and no issues with management but still was coached often on what I didn't do or could be doing better on a call If you think I sound hateful and bitter, im not. This is the truth of what its like working here

Thank you for the candidness of your feedback and the time spent sharing your experience. Our Loan Advisor role is just that: the first line of support for our auto loan customers, which means advising, educating, recommending options, collecting payments, and providing exceptional customer service. Right up there with customer experience is our focus on the employee experience, something we work hard at to continuously improve by listening to our current teammates. We're sorry to hear you had a less than favorable experience with us! We'll be sharing your perspective with our leadership teams. Side note: ongoing feedback is one of our core values at DriveTime - we see it as vital to continuous improvement and one's personal development. This is how over 80% of our leadership team has been developed internally! We can confidently say that the opportunity is there for those open to learning and interested in advancing their career.
