The ability to work from home currently is very nice.

Cons

Wish there would be a better opportunity to have growth in another position within the company as well as a pay increase after a year on time not a year and 6 months for a review.

Pros

Pay, PTO, and benefits are great. Schedule is hood compared to traditional Dealerships

Cons

Initial movement is easy. But beyond that forget about it. Customer base is toxic. Deal with people with challenged credit and majority are lacking education about the car buying process. Been with several managers and nobody stays that are the complete manager package.
