Pros

You're employed Coworkers You will learn about interest and loans Monthly bonus of you hit goal but the structure has changed for the worse so you don't get nearly as much money

Cons

Company clearly does not care about employees **I left on my own terms** I received an email saying I will not get my pto on my final check after I was told I cant use my pto in my last 2 weeks even though my pto request was submitted days before my 2 weeks notice was submitted. Nearly 30 hours, gone. - back to back escalated calls and abusive customers -being "voulentold" you're being moved to a different team or department without being notified - inconsistent management - horribly Inconsistent working hours and mandatory overtime on Saturdays - if hours are cut you still have to work on Saturdays - employees would often rather leave the company than to move up into management - I have seen management and supervisors take opportunities at other jobs rather than continue working here - very few holidays given, when we had to work on holidays, we did not get holiday pay - employees have literally ended up with dangerously high blood pressure and anxiety issues ON THE CLOCK from the stress of dealing with this job - was told my job title was Loan Advisor but you're really just a bill collector who teeters on the edge of customer service - i was a top performer, no write ups in the duration of my employment and no issues with management but still was coached often on what I didn't do or could be doing better on a call If you think I sound hateful and bitter, im not. This is the truth of what its like working here

Pros

Break room Covered work area good lighting

Cons

Deceptive Company policy that is hard to access (Need to create a case with HR to review policies that are not easily located). Management over work with little notice for demand of Overtime. Management Typically uses google search to base their decisions instead of consulting their diagnostic team. Over demand of core job responsibilities ( Doing more than what you agreed to do upon hire). If Something was missed or not performed a certain way management will stop your production to show what you did wrong with the expectation that you will still hit production targets. Management also tends to talk down instead of a coaching approach. If you happen to go above and beyond (which is hard to do) little rewards come your way ( Things that wont come). Typical work shifts consists of maintaining a pace that is hard to achieve to always hit targets even if several roadblocks are in the way that you cant avoid. Overall working here I found it difficult to effectively communicate with management or other co-workers. * Working here I have personally experienced Sexual harassment and sexual assault, I have informed management and have heard no update on that topic other than "talked to said employee". Then Said Employee's behavior changed and found it extremely difficult to perform duties.
