      Could Be Better, Could Be Worse

      Pros

      Flexible hours, and surprisingly good pay in tips sometimes.

      Cons

      Unreliable income, and management is poor. (Not every store is like that though, mine just was one of the bad ones.)

      Pros

      -Company has it together - great direction, limited silos, executing well -They do a lot to bring employees together - parties, happy hours, company updates, etc -Upfront, open, company listens to employee feedback and ideas -Never will find as many lifers you do here. Probably has to do with the stock price and the fact you can literally work your way up from stores. -Benefits: Good health/support, clear bonus structure (that hits)

      Cons

      -Salaries do not seem competitive -Convoluted PTO plan that is not competitive, strict no work from home policies. -Too traditional for a company that considers themselves an "IT" company - firm dress code, emphasis on arriving early, and a slight weird religious feel in the building. Probably lasting effects from Tom Monoghan. -People are drowning in the Kool-Aid. To be fair the company is successful, but it will be too much for some.

      decent salary and good offers for customers

      where should i start? i have worked for cardiff based franchisee and he is the worst one to work for. strict labour targets meant unhappy staff. strict HR policies meant turnover of 50+ people per year. no bonus. no incentives. treated his employees like animals and showed no remorse
