Pros

Latest and Greatest in technology, eCommerce is really fast paced and innovative. Great work environment and perks. Free Pizza once a month, snacks twice a week, free gym in the building

Cons

They fire more than they hire contractors. They usually hire as contract to hire and there is reason for it. They are filtering out people while watching them work in their environment. Your mistakes are never highlighted or brought up. You go home on Friday, contacting house calls you at home to tell you they have terminated your contract. Somebody goes thru your personal things at work, boxes it up and sends it home. Before you know it you are filing for unemployment.

Pros

-Tips can be extremely high at times. -Steady work; generally flexible schedules. -Lots of opportunity for upward mobility within the company.

Cons

-Strict management all the way up the corporate ladder. -Strict uniform: official Domino's shirt and hat, dressy slacks, comfortable shoes, and a pocket full of change (at least $1). No piercings, short hair, aprons for in-store staff, and no facial hair for men. -Uncomfortable work conditions. Stores are always messy, hot, and cluttered. You will go home smelling like old pizza dough, even if you spend most of your time on the road. -Stressful: job is constantly running at 100%, even when there is only one pizza in the oven. Never a chance for a breather. -Convoluted computer/register system. That thing is a mindboggling maze of confusion, especially the coupons section.

Pros

Facility is nice and newly remodelled. They have a very nice gym that is free to employees. They also have cafeteria which is very nice but expensive.

Cons

In IT very tight-knit established boys club. They reward each other and keep each other moving up the ladder. Reward their cronnies with promotions and perks. They take care of each other. They get together after work and stick together like glue. Blame Culture. The micro-management style of the boys club stiffles creativity. Many of their managers have little or no formal education. Promotions aren't based on performance like they claim rather the "boys club" decides how they are divied out.
