Pros

Good team of employees running shifts within the store, great drivers dedicated to ensuring the business image is upheld. Employee deals great. 30% on delivery, 50% on collection

Cons

Late night shifts with closes. Varied hours. Zero hour contracts means no hours guaranteed despite various employees getting 20+ hours

Pros

Potential of a free meal You can make fun of people's orders Unlimited amounts of dough and toppings to play with!

Cons

The three ovens and the extractor vent can cause a buzz in your ears, it's dead loud and dead annoying to hear constantly There can be excluding behaviour if you don't fit in with their clique Some employees can get away with nearly anything, while others get constant criticism Gloves are not used when handling food unless there is an open wound. There is a great risk of minor burns with hot containers fresh out of the oven getting reused almost straight away. The uniform cap is unnecessary to say the least The proper appearance rules are ridiculous. Clean appearance and uniform, agreed, but restricting footwear colour choices on the in-stores, where no-one can see our feet is stupid. The clock-in system. I've been working for them for more than a year and despite being a full member of staff, I still need to find a manager (if they're not busy) and ask them to clock me in. Even the message on the screen makes me feel less than staff "you haven't been scheduled for a shift. Enter manager details to clock in" Last but not least, the hours. Having an unpredictable work load for the coming week (apart from Friday and Saturday; you can depend on Domino's to have every member of staff in those days. Oh and Bank Holidays. They're the real treat.) may appeal to some but not all.

Pros

This is a great starter job, mostly if you live in a wealthier area and stay out of management. It is a perfect job through high school and possibly college.

Cons

Pay starts and minimum wage and only goes up a dollar once you become an assistant manager. A lot of extra responsibilities are added for the low pay raise. Scheduling can also be hectic depending on how many employees are scheduled. Micromanaging from upper management is a big problem, as they constantly expect you to reach certain numbers/goals while having the minimum number of employees available.
