Pros

They provided plenty of opportunities to move up to Manager. Good quick way to make a little money. Many opportunities to get free food.

Cons

Not flexible at all with work hours. Very low pay. Very high job turn-over ratio. Very disorganized at Management Level. Poor communication. There is no motivation to work harder for the business.

Pros

Building Dominos in is nice and Dominos Farms is beautiful.

Cons

No raises. Micro management. Long hours on salary. Management in IT dept is terrible. Long hours -- no recognition. Male dominated - women have hard time moving up ladder. IT section I was in was a sweat shop and you work long hours under unreasonable deadlines. Management heavy. There were 5 managers for only 4 employees. Watch everything you do - you can't even make a personal phone call. No raises but have bonus program called TAD based EBIDTA. However, you don't get this very often and the people at the top benefit the most because it is based on your salary. Make you sign an arbitration agreement that you must use their arbitrator and can't sue them in order to work there. Overall bad place to work and I am glad I am out of there!

Pros

Great general management. great operation and great opportunities.

Cons

rude coworkers ( all tolerance work place) really tired of making pizza but I love working with people and fixing their problems. crappy building with no ac in the south (has reached upwards of 113) my owner is cheaper as a franchisee. refused to shut down for covid outbreak. I worked by myself beside a single driver, 9 to 5, 6 days a week during this for 3 months straight weekends included. I don't get time with my kids. I get called on every other off day. I've lose out on multiple events. zero compensation, barely a raise other than prices. customers threated our lives and some have acted on it. my owners sexist and fully racist. he's let it be known. that job makes my soul hurt. I just want to be happy where I'm employed. I want new. I want to help people. I also want to watch my children grow. I've missed so much of their life just trying to provide for them. I'd like to be at home with them more.
