Pros

London Bridge location within easy reach

Cons

Job security is jsut not there. The environment is hugely volatile. There's a lot of bullying and if you don't have thick skin and morally prostitute yourself, you won't make it here.

Pros

They pay on time. They will give out small raises (~1%) if you have decent client reviews every other year, if your client rate allows it and if you beg the managers about it. I put this as a pro because some companies don't even do this.

Cons

As most outsourcing companies, most of the money is done with recent graduates, where they can get away paying low salaries and charging higher margin rates to clients. Not good for senior positions; unable to keep up with current salaries in other companies. They don't even really try to get you another client to match the salary. Fake friendliness from managers. You are not my friend. I'd avoid that, even if you are bein Training is like this: "Oh, you want paid training or even just some time off for self training and exams? Hmmm... tough, try to do it in self training in your own time and we'll reimburse you for the exams if you pass..." OR "Great, you completed a self training journey using your own time! Let's see if we can sell that (don't get your hopes up)."

Pros

Interesting and easy product to sell, from an BDR perspective. My division made tons of money, the business idea was ''good''.

Cons

Management Team: You can not give any constructive feedback to your managers. It is much built on an old american culture, where you just work as a slave and obey what your boss say, otherwise you will be a problem - and they will kick you out of the company. For no specific reason. The empathy and intelligence is very low, no solution orientated management team. Detailed info for those interested: My boss was around 30 years and opressed me and other team members. I heard comments like ''I made a wrong recruit with you'', on the first week of working there. After I asked if I could get more influence over my uplearning and work on things I believe are important for the sucess in my role- my boss interpreted it as if I was ''going out of my line'' and got very personally insulted. During third week I was told from my boss ''you should consider changing your profession, this does not suite you''. I asked a higher level manager for help because I could not communicate with my own boss. I got the reply: ''well this is something you should not discuss with me but with your own boss.'' This other manager talked to another BDR with 3-4 years of experience, and came to the solution that if this person can collaborate with this boss - then I am the problem and not my boss. My boss had after 3 weeks, got an intuition that I would never become a good BDR, told me to leave the office and I never even got a chance to even say goodbye to my colleages - which were close friends of mine. During this time these two managers had already made a decision behind my back, during 1 week to kick me out, without any reason or fact. Meaning I never made a mistake connected to my professional work, this was strictly personal. This is an example on how they treat people and how fast they will replace you: My boss sent an e-mail to the team saying: Person X quit because the BDR role did not suit well. Contact me if you have further questions. Support from HR: The HR and the recruiters are very afraid of the managers aswell, they know that this is happening, but have no power or strenght to carry out any actions. HR did not even contact me to hear out my side of things - when I got fired so suddenly for no reason. HR only wanted me to sign some papers and told me ''how awful that this happened'' & ''we are so sad that this happened''. So yes, this will continue as long as the management team is in place. Toxic environment: Do not expect to get support from anyone in this environment. You are on your own. The people are friendly, do not get me wrong - but it is a collection of repressed and passive people (inside the work environment). But with great personalities. But this is a place where you are in a stressful environment, with bad managers that give you no support. With managers that will push you down and burn you to the ground, if that is what it takes to be able to lead the team in their way. This is setting the standard and creating a toxic environment in the whole organization. Many are treated terribly, to add, it was not just me, many people from abroad that they are exploiting, because they can not change job so fast. It was easier for me, since I live permanently in Sweden. It is sad, because no one will help you if you get into any kind of conflict, because they are afraid to loose their job and get into trouble aswell. Stayed there 4 weeks, let's see how long you can make it. Good luck have fun.
