Pros
Job security, responsive management, interesting projects, possibilities of evolution in the offered training, as well as salary or position within a team. In 5 years I have seen Devoteam Luxembourg modify its management, offers and projects, how to manage consultants to be closer and not leave them at the customer without news, by offering training and developments at the top of the current technology and upcoming technologies even proposing working groups and thinking about new offers that are accessible to all consultants.
Cons
Even if there are ups and downs in all companies, the difference in 5 years is flagrant. Most of the points listed in my comment above were only in the process of reflection or could not be followed and, perhaps, the time of this reorganization / implementation, it could have seemed longer for some. The end result is more than encouraging, leaving the faults of the past far behind.
