Pros
When I joined the company in 2016 there were about 50 consultants, the company was struggling financially (I had no idea at the time), had a so-so reputation and there was a new country manager. Today we are more than 100 consultants, the reputation is good, we are the top Microsoft partner, and I have had more and better opportunities than I had over the 10 preceding years. The management structure is very flat, there are no layers of management to go through. The managing spirit is very HR-oriented, with a team of more experienced consultants called Carrer Managers who are there to help guide younger consultants., follow their evolution and be the go-to person when there is a problem with a customer or with Devoteam. or a question or a need for advice. These Career Managers have hierarchical position, they are only there to help. The car policy is very good, the package generally is very competitive. The company is growing, making the right strategic choices. Training opportunities abound, whether through traditional courses in class-rooms or through on-line courses paid by Devoteam. Most importantly, I don't curse Mondays :)
Cons
The work is exciting but there is a lot!
