      Pros

      Literally the best place to work. Office environment , Supportive Leads , Chill and managed work life, Free food from one of the best vendors, Unlimited leaves policy , Special allowances to female employees for their well being, Hybrid work culture and free to work from any place in the office, Very sophisticated office (both buildings) , Good compensation compared to market with good appraisals, and the best thing is I would say the extent of job security --- Not even a single person laid off in any circumstances be it covid time , market down time , so peace of mind is there , Workload is also very adequate.

      Cons

      Only one is there that is parking , we have to really send mails day before to get parking and in most of the cases we don't get , so they really need to do something for this , else everything is perfect. And if they are not able to provide parking then reimburse whole 100% parking amount , 75% isn't justified. Else everything is just perfect.
