      Pros

      Big company with quite a few internal opportunities to change.

      Cons

      - Close to impossible to grow in the same department - One big transformation at least every two years - More focused on internal politics and personal gains than on the customer - Bureaucracy all over the place - External consultants opinion is more appreciated than of the own internal experts (because that cost more it means they must know better)

      Pros

      Working with German and Netherland colleagues was very good experience.

      Cons

      No projects. Most of the people are in bench for prolongated 6 months and more. No good communication from top management. Indian employer and HR top management really don't care about employees. Attrition rate is very high and they don't care about it or address any of the employee concerns.

      Salary structure is good. You will get good take away salary for given CTC as compared yo other companies.

      Pros

      Good to join if you already have a good salary package. Job security is there. Most employees are there since last 10 years. Work culture is friendly.

      Cons

      Micro management is there. Company policies are not good. Limited scope for growth. No consistency in assignment of designation. Earlier there was work life balance, but since the company adopted 15 days sprint, there is no worklife balance. Sometimes employees are forced to come office on weekends, and this is happening more often since company adopts 15 days sprint.
