      As the hub is mainly populated with relocated people from other country, in case you disagree on any topic with one of them they group and attack by people leaders with complains Bad work life balance , 8 hours are not enough just for meetings Connections over performance From access to systems to more advanced tasks the organization resembles more a startup than a big corporation

      Some projects have modern technologies.

      Cons

      There are no salary raises. Even if you work there for 3+ years your salary will be the one you agreed at the beginning. Communication with managers is awful. Softskills is the number one thing on this company, you don't need any technical skills at all in order to take a promotion.

      Great Work Life Balance Challenging tasks sometimes which excites you Great Employee Engagement Activities to boost the morale Good Salary Structure and Tax Benefits No Politics, transparent environment Good Managers Exposure to foreign teams and clients

      Cons

      Only single one, is that, they should be increase the onsite opportunities so that the employees can get a clearer picture of product in a better way and exposure + direct interaction with the colleagues sitting in other place. This will also increase the collaboration level and team efficiency. Rest every thing is very good.
