If you are good enough at your skill area, then you have all time for work life balance ,WFH, Plenty of leisure time. matured individual can complete task well in-advance than timelines & quality.
Cons
HR team is immature and lay back attitude. *Selected candidate will get offer very late,even after months .by that time we get multiple offers from other companies and complete 3 months notice period also. **My referral had bitter experience since Date of joining got postponed in the last minute. candidates need to wait without joining.in fact many candidates were asked to postpone date of Joining due to HR or Business reasons. **Relocation & accommodation details will be at last minute only from HR ,even if some female employee relocation from other location too should face issues, no communication from Talent team on such cases also. *NO coordination between HR team and Business teams on employee concerns and relations. There is no platform to address employee concerns. as a result best performers chose to leave org instead of facing discrimination and exploitation
