Pros
Deloitte is a good place to start your career at. You are likely to be exposed to interesting projects for a wide array of clients. Managers give a lot of responsibility to junior staff so you learn quickly. In terms of career, progression you usually move up a rank each year and there is an associated pay rise (although its magnitude depends on what department you're working for). Colleagues and management are usually quite friendly. The culture is quite open-minded.
Cons
The hours can be quite long although sometimes you are not staffed so it may compensate. There aren't many benefits apart from salaries so the overall package may not be as favorable as if you were working for a large corporate.
