      Awful culture in Deloitte IJV valuations team Mumbai. Led by an immature leader

      No Pro as such except chance to migrate to Canada

      Cons

      Management is awful especially the head of department No respect given to employees Shouting and pushing to work for 15+ hrs is a regular day HR is helpless. Condition is so bad that people are going under depression and have to take counseling sessions High bias towards couple of managers who speak to juniors in most derogatory ways possible. Not even Indian companies has this kind of culture

      Its a trap! SAP USI Review

      -Good work, you will get chance to work on latest technologies -Learning scope is good compared to other -Flexibility in term of work from home.

      Cons

      -Hectic life, no work life balance -You will end up being a slave with appreciation -Person who can show off are the people appreciated else you won't survive here -Everything works here on basis of networking. If you are socially reserved person, you don't stand a chance here - SAP USI is dealing all the offshore work, They call themselves consulting firm but SAP USI is no where close to dealing consulting work. If you want a experience of consulting, join Deloitte India -No good hikes for lateral -They will make join people with higher experience to lower designation and won't give them promotion very easily. It is like you are working more work on less pay.

      company has good brand recognition and the company does so much

      Cons

      - there is no team culture (you have to fend for yourself and you will get thrown under the bus by any and all levels) - no training or career development unless the "right" people like you - poor overall management of resources (people overutilized and underutilized in the same period) - petty and gossipy - no trust in employees and micro-managing - pay and benefits are mediocre for the amount of work they expect you to do
