Pros
I love the technicality of the product. If you like it then you will enjoy the company. It is hard work but at the same time rewarding. The people are great. I feel heard and supported. They want to make sure you have fun with your job. I can see there is a positive evolution in the company in term of management. If you like to be mentally stimulated then it is the place.
Cons
The beginning can be hard. A lot to learn and difficult to get appointments when you are a bit shy but it get easier and easier

Pros
UK Staff are brilliant, office is full of competent and caring individuals. Great emphasis on work-life balance. Very professional company and great collaborative environment. Making progress on office and sales equity. Great Support from colleagues and management. A lot of long-standing employees and you can tell why. This is a company I can see myself staying with long term.
Cons
Very Sales Focused. Their new training for Sales is incredible and so carefully curated; however the training for office/aftersales is non existent and unfortunately not a major priority, Slight disconnect between French headquarters and UK ways of working.
